We hope that you absolutely love everything you purchased, however, we do understand that merchandise does not always work out. Please see the guidelines below if you have a return/exchange.
Return Policy
- Returns will be accepted for a refund to your original form of payment if postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received your order. Store credit (Belle Buck$) will be issued if it is not possible for the credit to be issued to the original form of payment.
- Any returned package not postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received your order will only be eligible for store credit (belle buck$).
- Items are not eligible for return after 30 days from the day you received your order.
- If you wish to return or exchange merchandise, you are fully responsible for shipping costs. Belle & Company is not responsible for any shipping costs, and you will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.
- Please complete the RETURN FORM located on the back of your packing slip and include the completed form with your items. If you cannot locate a return form email us and we will send you another form. Please do not return a package without a return form.

- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return.
- Store credit (belle buck$) will be sent to you via email and must be used within 90 days. Any item(s) purchased with BELLE BUCK$ is final sale.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Items must be in perfect condition or your return will be deemed ineligible. The original tags must be on the item. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or stains of any type will not be eligible for a return.
- If we determine your return is not eligible you will be responsible for the reshipment fee in order for us to ship the items back to you.
- If you receive damaged merchandise, you must report it within 3 days of receiving the item. Please email us at info@shopbelleandcompany.com and include photos of any damage along with your order number.
